Apogee was awarded the project of cleaning the 5-story City Hall building in downtown Marietta, GA. Upon commencement of cleaning it was determined that the existing paint was deteriorated to the point that the building would have to be recoated. The application of a new elastomeric coating was also applied by Apogee. In addition to the cleaning of the exterior pre-cast surfaces Apogee was also able to restore the badly mineral stained windows to like-new condition, much to the surprise and delight of the client.
